In only 10 minutes walk you reach the town hall, the Municipal Theater, and the romantic and historic old town with its trendy cafes, restaurants of numerous shops.
The public bathhouse, and the museum can be reached within 15 minutes walking.
A bakery and a supermarket can be reached directly in 5 minutes.

Immediate Connection the A3, A44, A52 by car within 5 minutes.
Tram station (to Dusseldorf) and S-Bahn station (to Dusseldorf, Essen and Cologne) are ca 10 minutes walk away.
Airport and fair Dusseldorf are optimally reachable over the A44 in 15 minutes by car.
